As you enter the house, to your left is a living room with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. Past the entrance hallway and on the right a dining room is decorated with a small collection of oil paintings from our travels. The vintage oak dining table seats 8. Off the dining room there is an office or additional bedroom...your choice. (There's both a bed and office credenza.) The fully-appointed gourmet kitchen features custom cherry cabinets, Viking Professional appliances (gas range), a large working area, and a bar table with two stools. Adjoining the kitchen is a breakfast nook with a table and built-in seating. The half-bathroom and laundry areas are adjacent to the breakfast nook. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All linens, towels, and colorful duvets are included. In addition to the 2,100 square feet of indoor living space, the house has a large rear yard, with a new deck, and patio with BBQ area. A grape trellis adjoins a second patio. Parking is on the street. Located within walking distance (or a very short drive!) to downtown Napa and everything it has to offer...restaurants, cafes, boutiques, spas, and the beautiful Napa River.
