For your consideration: My adorable, art-filled, upstate cottage. A small 1860 built charmer on 3 acres in the cutest area of the Hudson Valley. Furnished, 2 bedrooms (though one is considerably smaller than the other), breakfast nook, spacious living space, and the sunniest porch overlooking 3 fire pits, a work shop, and a garden which you are welcome to take over. This property is private and quiet, but not remote. It's located on a great road that leads down to 209, which leads you everywhere else. You're within 6 mins to many great shops and restaurants, 20 minutes from Kingston, 30 to Woodstock, 20 to New Paltz, etc. There is SO much parking, two driveways. Room for an RV even. Seasonal workshop/garage may be included for a reasonable extra rate, otherwise it'll be locked as to keep tools out of use. I am ideally looking for a single person or couple to take over the house simply because this house is small, but would consider a couple of room mates if it seems right for you! Length of sublet is flexible, but no less than 3 months, please. I have two dogs, so this listing is very dog friendly. I'd prefer no cats, but will consider. All utilities are included, though I ask you be parsimonious with the heat in the winter. Fast wifi, trash removal, electric, etc. Please let me know if this sounds like a fit for you!
