It has an eat in kitchen and large vaulted living room with gas fireplace. The furnace is new as is the air conditioning unit. Outdoors it has a small fenced yard that you need to maintain but large manicured open space behind the house and wetlands, trails and park a couple of blocks down the street. This house just had a total refresh and is looking good for the next tenants. You pay electric, gas, trash, and potable water. We will cover monthly HOA fee, sewer (boxelder sanitation) and non-potable sprinkler system water. We are open to well behaved pets with conscientious owners but reserve the right to refuse a pet we deem unacceptable. My wife is afraid of dogs so she must meet the dog and not be afraid of it. We will also require an additional refundable deposit of $300 per animal. No smoking in the house, only outside or in the garage. We can provide a lawnmower, washer and dryer if the tenant needs them but they are used and we may not be able to replace them should they break down.
