Our unique, newly remodeled tiny house (with a loft) is available for long-term rental to the right tenant. It is very cozy and perfect for someone with a minimalist mindset. However, it has a full bathroom, full shower, kitchenette, sink, small fridge, and a closet perfect for your capsule wardrobe. It is light and bright with new butcher block shelves, and a library ladder leading to the well lit, wide loft, which fits a queen mattress. You will also have access to a washer and dryer, which is shared with the main house tenants, so you won't waste quality time and money at the laundromat. The rent will also include internet and utilities. You will also have access to garage storage and a full-sized refrigerator and freezer. We are seeking a quiet, conscientious and responsible individual as we have a family living in the front house and have neighbors close by.
