I have replaced or repaired the following items:new hurricane shutter for whole home (accordion style), porcelain wood look tiles in kitchen, dining room and family room, carpet in living room, laminate floors in three bed rooms and entry way to two bedrooms, aprx. two years old. Entryway and fayer tiled. Patio covered when built and tiled and screen/ re-screened. Fence white plastic (four years old)encloses back yard. New 20 foot wide drive way, handicap assailable. House has been painted every four year since new, original home paint colors. interior has been painted tree times since new. Granite counter tops and kitchen cabinets have been replaced with hickory. Brand new stove, replaced in Dec. 2016. New ceiling replace in patio and stuccoed to match outdoor stucco motif. Air conditioner replaced with carrier 3.5 and inside unit. New stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer (new), can stay with the house. Very clean and maintained. It will not go for you say the value is.
