It is ideal for a single person, young couple (not ideal for families), resident/intern/student, travel professionals such as nurses and locums. The bedroom features a king size bed. Living space includes a daybed and trundle, recliner, TV. Kitchen includes: electric stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, oven, microwave, cookware, silverware, bowls, plates, cutting board, coffee mugs. No formal dining area, but there is a breakfast bar with three bar stools provided. The apartment is furnished. Some pictures show the space when it was unfurnished. Water, electric, sewage, trash, gas, shared 300 mbps WiFi are all included in the rent. You will be responsible for the snow removal off your porch, walkway and steps down the path to the sidewalk. Ample street parking. Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment. Your furbabies are welcome contingent on me meeting them! There will be a refundable $500 pet deposit if there are no pet related damages, and a monthly $25 pet fee per pet. Must promptly clean up your pet's waste. I love animals and have my own dogs and a cat. First month and security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is due at signing. Lease term length is negotiable. Serious inquiries only.
