It is a splint entry home, the entire basement is yours. We share the laundry room downstairs, but I can access it through the garage. You would have 1 off street parking spot. The entire basement is carpeted except for the bathroom. There is no private entrance, but you could have a garage door opener and go through that way for some privacy. Monthly rent includes all utilities, including internet & cable TV. I would like to rent on a month to month basis, with a one month notice if asked to leave or moving out.
