Looking for a house in the country you can make your own? We are moving and need to sell. We have been working on remodeling the house for many years doing all the work ourselves. The work has gone very slow and there is still work to be done. We have been redoubling our efforts to get as much done as possible before it sells. We are almost done remodeling the upstairs bathroom and are in the middle of finishing the kitchen. The house has a walkout basement partially finished. One bedroom, a bathroom and the laundry room are downstairs. So it is 1024 sqft upstairs and downstairs. We are also almost done putting in a water storage tank building and shop. We put on a new roof as well. We have recently put in raspberries, blackberries, goji berries, grapes, apple tree and mulberry tree. There is good spot we use for a garden and a storage shed we built thinking we might turn it into a tiny house one day.
