All units in the building were newly refinished in 2019. Owner lives in Salem, but not at this property. Pets are allowed, but we'd like to meet them first. Initial lease will be 6-8 months so we can get back on a normal schedule. If you choose to stay, we can happily renew with a 1 year lease. Owner pays for water. Renter responsible for all other utilities (gas, electric). Last month's rent due at signing. Pets need to be approved by owner first and are not allowed in common areas off leash.
