This minimalist, charming space is on a quiet street with a quaint backyard and a handful of friendly chickens. The cottage is newly furnished and professionally designed with you in mind. Fully equipped with just about everything you'd need. Nestled into the heart of San Francisco, it's a perfect place to set up shop for your temporary work assignment or a place to stay in-between moves. The cottage has mostly all of the necessities you could need for your short or long term travel. We have provided a coffee station with coffee and k-cups, basic kitchen utensils, amenities and cookware, Smart TV, high-speed Wifi, quality linens, and more. The cottage features a loft-style layout with a full bed, a workspace/study area with electric standing desk, a full kitchen with cooking essentials, and four-person dining area. To access the cottage it does require one step and one flight of stairs to the bedroom. Whole foods, coffee, restaurants, public transit and more are all within a short walk. Carefully curated and designed with the traveler in mind. All of the furnishings and bedding are brand new. This guest suite has it's own private entrance and controlled with a Nest lock for convenient check-in and access. The entire cottage and outside yard space (shared) are yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay. The homeowners live next door; they're extremely friendly and respectful of your privacy. You'll also have access to Savvy's 24/7 customer support to ensure your experience at the cottage is seamless. Located between Eureka Valley and Noe Valley, Dream Catcher Cottage is located on the very quiet Eureka St. within a mile of numerous coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. A short distance away is world famous Mission District with fun things to do --check out our SF guidebook for more details! Walking, biking, scootering, uber/lyft, public transit are all great options and easily accessible from here. This charming cottage (750sqft) is best for one person but can sleep 2-3 if needed. Your stay will offer a credit of 4 bags/month to use Rinse laundry services. If your usage exceeds the 4 bags per month, we'll simply send you a payment request to take care of any ongoing charges (credits do not rollover month to month if unused). Alternatively, you can create your own Rinse account and manage your service and payment that way. Long-term tenants welcome. Let us know if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay for a year or longer.
