386 Kimberly Avenue was built by Asheville dentist, Dr. Charles C. Bennet in 1927 and it has since been home to 4 families. Colonial Revival in design, focal points of the house are the large un-coursed ashlar fireplace, original naturally patinated chestnut woodwork, and the original French doors in the dining room and sunroom. Although this home has been renovated over the course of the last decade, particular attention was given to making sure its true nature has not been altered.
