So according to the history of this land in 1951 this property was subdivided from the house just to the south. It became .21 acre and the garage which was part of the house to the south originally was built out and converted into a single-family home with a one bedroom on the west side of the garage. We have a tiny home on the property and a huge garden.Bathroom and Kitchen were added in the middle and also a North door entrance between the garage and the new additional bedroom with a utility closet for a washer and dryer. All still remain and have been taken down to frame and bare floor. The river bike trail takes one through town and into Springfield without a single stop light!!! The local community garden is there in less than 1/2 mile, as well as a city bus stop and local vegetable stand. The tiny house could be removed and the price could reflect that if desired.
