We cover all utilities except electric, gas, and internet. Please send us a zillow application before requesting a walk-through. The lease is month to month to allow for tenant flexibility. We like long-term renters but if life happens and you have to move we would rather accomodate that. We have a great community of renters and we are picky about adding great new people to our mix. Owner pays water, garbage, sewer, snow removal, mowing. Tentant pays gas, electric, internet. Lease is month to month for flexibility and not because we don't want long term renters.
