Only pay for electricity/wifi and garbage(separate from rent) this house has a well we shared with our neighbor. Is in a 1 acre enough to enjoy outside time with friends and family. Last month due on signing/deposit and first rent. Renter pay electric/ garbage/well electric/wifi bills Pets are allowed one time fee 250 but renters should be responsible for their dog routine cleaning ups/food. Outside only. No garbage outside or inside the house. No signs or long term decorations in the gate. If we don't get the rent on time there is a late fee of 95 dollars. It's a year contract. Always text or call the landlord for any questions or concerns. No parking more than 3 vehicles. Landlord should be notify if adding more cars.
