Living room has a leather queen size sleeper sofa and 55 inch HDTV. Relax by the fireplace and enjoy nice views of Moab Rim. Charbroil grill on the patio. Gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped, brand new appliances, gas stove, microwave, dish washer, large toaster, coffee and espresso machines. Dishes, utensils, pots, pans, spices. Dining table seats 6 plus 4 seats at kitchen bar. The sofa sleeper in the living room turns into a queen size bed. The town home has a large two car garage and the driveway in front of it will park four cars. If the trailers at too large, our guests, as well as other people staying in the Rim Vistas complex park their rigs on Meador Drive, the main road servicing all the units. Meador Drive is in direct view of our town home and just across the small green space from the garage and driveway. The Community pool and hot tub are generally open from April through October.
