Hey y'all! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease, as I am trying to move in with my partner. My roommate will still be living at the apartment, so you will only be paying half the rent ($500). My roommate is very clean and a great guy, and is only at the apartment about 1 to 2 nights a week max. The lease ends in May, but I'm looking to move out as soon as I find a new place! Here are some things to note about this apartment: 1. Has an an unit washer and dryer 2. Has a dishwasher 3. Landlord is super responsive 4. Landlord has offered to take the carpets out of the bedrooms if desired 5. On the second floor 6. Has central heating and air 7. A few minutes from SLU hospital 8. Downstairs neighbors are very nice and quiet 9. Pet friendly (roommate has no animals) 10. Lease will automatically renew in May for another year 11. 2 parking spots in the back No smoking, lease renews in May for another year automatically
