Just a 10 minute walk to Main Street Manayunk! We are converting our Airbnb unit to a longer short term rental. Hoping for 1 week minimum stays and 30+ would be ideal. We will offer discounts for longer stays. Hight speed internet and smart TV with Netflix, HBO Go, Prime Video, Youtube and Disney+. The unit has a private entrance in the rear of the house and has it's own private yard - complete with dining table and chairs, adairondack chair, stone bench and fire pit! Inside you'll find fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, plates and glassware. Coffee maker, coffee and tea plus cooking basics like oil and a few spices. Queen bed and sectional couch with full-sized pullout bed. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Iron, ironing board, extra linens, blankets and lots more. Central air too! Parking is pretty good too. You'll never walk more than 5 minutes to your car and most times you can park within a block. Wissahickon Neighbors Park is at the end of the block. The 27 , 32 and 9 buses are here as well and the Wissahickon Rail line is a 6 minute walk away. You can be in Center City in no time. Terrace street Bakery is a block away too. We think you'll love it here. We're looking for one week minimum stays but just let us know what you need! $500 per week and discounts for longer stays!
