The Interior has been freshly painted in recent weeks. Laundry units are inside the unit. There are two parking spaces and additional guest parking. Occupants can access the pool and clubhouse. It is located close to Fremont BART, Central Park, the Fremont Main Library, I-880, I-680, and the Fremont hub. The Occupant Pays for Power, Gas, and any other utilities needed at home. 3. Owner Pays: pays for the HOA Dues, which include water supply, Hot Water, and trash pickup. 4. Owners will review income, credit, and assets; the occupant pays a non-refundable fee of $37.98 for every applicant who is 18 or older. 5. The rent-to-income ratio is 33 % of gross household income, and the credit score for at least one occupant is 720 or higher. 6. Funds in the checking, savings, brokerage, or retirement accounts are equal to five months of monthly rent. 7. Owners request that occupants obtain and carry renters insurance and provide a certificate of coverage for the lease term. Occupants are requested to complete the application and submit the documents through the secured portal; please do not email the documents. We ask for the following documents through the secured portal. 1. Applicants must upload one month's paystub or the most recent year-to-date profit and loss statement to evaluate the rent-to-income ratio. 2. Two months' bank, brokerage, and retirement fund statements show the funds equal to five months' monthly rent. 3. Valid Government-issued photo ID.
