Upstairs neighbor is super cool and quiet. I've played guitar very loud here for years and never have any issues. Space is roughly 300sqft. Plenty of street parking with a shared carport that at the moment is taken but will be released soon. The location gives you easy access to the highway and canyons. I've been living here for over a decade and quite honestly I believe it to be one of a kind. One of the roommates is home randomly through out the year as he is out traveling most of the time and the other is working long hours in the day.
