Builders of consequence have told me the log home could not be built for a million. Lots of light and multiple woods. Best of both worlds. In wilderness with beautiful wildlife. Yet, only 45 minutes from downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico. Specialty property. Air conditioning not necessary at this elevation. All who stay here say it is warm and inviting. Layout is lovely. It is well built on a $45,000 foundation. Not going anywhere. Everyone who stays in other log homes in the area say mine is the best they have seen. It is income producing. Should someone be interested there is another 5 acres that can be purchased. Five bedrooms, four baths, two kitchens, two dining areas and a loft that I use for extra sleeping. The 450 sq feet bringing the home to 4,300 feet can be finished as to your liking but is now a beautiful shop. This area has a beautiful oak floor. Can be studio, another living area, recreation area, another apartment, garage, shop or all of the above.
