The bedroom to the right of the living room includes a queen bed, two dressers and access to a master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and stand-up shower. To the left of the living room are two additional bedrooms . One features two twin bunks. The other bedroom has a queen bed and features a calming ocean theme. Directly across from this bedroom is an additional bathroom with a stand up shower/tub. Private parking is available free of charge directly in front of the house, 2 cars can fit comfortably. The driveway has a very steep incline and tenant would be responsible for all snow removal. Vachon Beach (private to our lake association) is a five minute walk away. State snowmobile trails are accessible directly from the home. * Top floor of the home is furnished while bottom floor is an unfinished basement. Many activities are within a short drive! From historic Portland to North Conway, and Lake Winnipesaukee. Multiple ski resorts are within an hour drive including Gunstock and King Pine. No Smoking allowed. No pets. Would prefer 6 month lease but flexible. Lease will need to end mid April. First months rent and security deposit required for lease. Tenant responsible for snow removal and electric.
