This apartment is awesome (see photos). The building just opened last year and we are the first ones to live in it, so it's basically like new. The floor we are on is super quiet; we never hear our neighbors. The elevators are great. The rooftop deck is simply amazing. Best views of Manhattan you'll ever see. Simply put, we don't want to move but because of work we have to relocate. We are looking to re-assign: basically transferring the remainder of our lease to someone else (you). As far as dates go, that would be September 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015. Possibly could negotiate an earlier move-in date. The lease would be yours so you can re-lease next year or not, your choice. If you like the apartment, you'll work directly with building management to go through the application process (cost $100/applicant, security deposit = 1 month rent).
