A well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep simple, with a gas stove, a refrigerator with an ice maker, and all the cookware and dinnerware you'll need whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or cooking a full dinner. The tranquil bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, a full-length mirror, a spacious dresser, and a large closet. Recessed lighting and a bedside lamp create a warm, relaxing ambiance, and a smart TV adds an extra touch of convenience. You'll also wake up to beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The bathroom features a combination tub and shower, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or a round of golf. It's an ideal spot for your morning coffee, a casual meal, or a quiet evening under the stars. Parking for two vehicles is located just outside the condo for easy access. Lease Terms: Furnished mid-term rental with a 1-month minimum stay. Monthly rent includes standard utilities. Security deposit + first month's rent due at lease signing.
