This is a quiet, family neighborhood. It's currently a subdivision with only one way in and out and that keeps out through traffic. The neighborhood children play in a fairly safe environment. Basketball games along the street are common Spring through Fall. The land behind the houses across the street (across Rimrock) has been sold to a developer and has been graded. We're told that, eventually, more single family homes may go up back there and that the main road into the subdivision will be cut all the way through to Route 62. In the photo, you can see that this home is on the very edge at the back of the subdivision as it currently is. The field that runs along beside the home will never be developed. It belongs to the Grove City Cemetery Association from the tree line you can see in the picture all the way up to Grove City Road. The Assoc. is currently using only 1/5th of this land. It will be many, many years before graves extend this far. As it is, they have laws and strict rules about how far off of property lines everything has to be. The Assoc. pays annually to have the field planted with either soy or corn to help with erosion. Just think of it this way, you would always have a quiet subdivision with quiet neighbors.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
