BED ARRANGEMENT: (All Private): Room #1: Master bedroom King bed, 65" TV, walk-in closet, luxurious en-suite bathroom with double vanity & shower. Room #2: Queen bed. Room #3: 2 double beds. Room #4: Queen bed + lux stand-up work desk. Additional Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms conveniently located near bedrooms and kitchen. LIVING SPACES: First Living Room: Open-concept, connected to the kitchen with a view of the pool and backyard. Dining Area: Table seats up to 8 guests, furnished with high-quality pieces. Guest access Guest has access to all the house except linen closet Other things to note - The couch in the living room can sleep an extra person - We have weekly pool service - We are not refilling the gas BBQ grill, so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange it due as our housekeeper no longer does this. -Indoor fireplace is not available for use. -There is a fee to heat the pool, and please note that we provide the instructions to heat it upon the guest's arrival. -We offer early check-in and late check-out (if available) for a small fee. IMPORTANT: POOL 1. If the pool is used and you take out the vacuum, you must put it back in when done using the pool. The Vacuum is what keeps walls and floors clean of bacteria. 2. Intake line "hose" must be disconnected before it is taken out of the pool. Otherwise, it sucks air and will ruin the pump. 3. Do not remove the tablet dispenser from the pool. Can't keep the pool clean without that equipment running. PLEASE NOTE: We have exterior cameras in front of the house and at the backyard (pool area) for security and insurance purposes.
