Tenant responsible for all utilities. Professional landscape maintenance included in rent. $300 Pet Deposit, for dogs ONLY, required as well. NO cats. ONLY Rental Housing Association application to be collected and ran. Tenant to pay $35 application fee. Application will be available at open house Sunday October 16th from 2-4.
