Very quiet roommates (hardly see them at all.) The ward boundary is Cold Spring Ranch YSA. There is a clubhouse with a pool and community area. There are 3 current residents (including the landlord), and you would be sharing a bathroom. It is not a requirement, but my roommates prefer to be living with an active member of the LDS faith and/or similar values. Rent is $575 and includes utilities. Internet is 600mbps, and will be split evenly between everyone ($60/month for whole house) Available ASAP. Tons of guest parking open. No smoking, alcohol, or pets allowed. Must pass background and credit check through my landlord. No smoking, no pets. LOTS of street parking available. The lease is from August 2024 - November 2024. From there, you will be able to rent monthly.
