The primary suite, on the same floor as the living room, is a retreat with vaulted ceilings, an en-suite bathroom with heated floors, a deep soaking tub, and a spa-style glass shower. A pack-n-play is available with mini crib sheets if you're traveling with a baby. Down a half staircase from the living room are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twins (great for siblings), and a full bathroom between the two. The basement is a full suite with the fourth bedroom & bathroom, laundry, and a bonus living room/playroom. It has toys, books, and board games for the kids, a pullout couch for extra sleepers or movie time, and a desk for flexible work while the kids play. Usage above that is billed at cost. Snow removal: Tenant is responsible for shoveling the driveway, walks, and steps. A shovel and ice melt are provided. Parking: Two spaces in the driveway, plus unlimited street parking. Pets: No pets. Service and assistance animals are welcome per applicable law.
