New vinyl siding and roof (2012), great well water and pressure, all hardwood floors, exposed post beams, center fire place, perfect flat open yard, great neighborhood - kids walk and ride bikes around neighborhood, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, extra chimney for wood or pellet stove, all solid wood doors - no door knobs in the whole house - all black iron latch, forced hot air - new furnace 2011...I honestly will have a hard time parting from this home. It is a location, location, location spot - I know I will never find better. Due for interior renovation. Porches and decks are due to be redone.
