Owner pays for trash pickup, water, sewer, lawn care and snow plowing. Tenant pays for heat and electricity. Minimum 650 credit rating, and gross monthly income (before taxes) of at least 3 times the monthly rent ($5100). Income must be verifiable via a W2, 1099 or something similar. A credit check will be completed. Up to 2 cats allowed, but unfortunately no dogs, and we are firm on no dogs.
