This is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment in a 4 unit building on the end of a quite street. The apartment features a large kitchen and living room on the first floor. And a bedroom on the second floor. The bathroom is older, but fully functional and well cared for. This apartment has a nice large entrance way, perfect for storing winter coats and shoes! There is also a bonus space behind the stair case. It is a heated storage area, but some previous tenants have used it as a office. The apartment has a private entrance on Stetson Street and parking on The school street side of the building. The rent includes - Heat, water, sewer, plowing & Landscaping. Tenant pays for electricity, hot water, Town trash bags for curbside pickup. This unit also has washer and dryer hookups in the kitchen. Pets are welcome with screening, we limit each apartment to 2 pets and each will be charged a $50/month pet fee. 12 Month lease, 2 month security deposit due at the time of lease signing. The first month will be prorated based on when the lease starts, all future rental payments due on the 1st of the month. Qualification Standards Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved. Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number. Applicant's monthly household income must exceed three times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Verifiable income is any income that is proved with either a current paystub or in the case of self-employed - 2 years of tax returns. Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years. Applicants may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Applicants must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 620. A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. All properties have strict Health and fire safety policies which require applicants to be non-smokers. There is no smoking of any kind inside or within 25 feet of the building. Please read the full policy for specifics. Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom. At the landlord's discretion, compensating factors such as an additional security deposit or co-signer (guarantor) may be required for qualification if the Applicant fails to meet any one of the above requirements. In the event of multiple applicants, tenancy will be granted to the most qualified, based on the above criteria.
