When we lived in this home between 2005 and 2012, we fully remodeled the kitchen and bath, updated wall texture & paint, replaced wood and linoleum floors, replaced all the windows and doors, moldings and trim, all new electrical wiring with more than double the original outlets. In 2015, we put in a driveway and in 2016 a completely new roof! In the backyard, there is a good sized garden plot that is fenced off with a gate access, a covered patio, lots of shade and a shed with cabinets for storage.
