The exterior features an open outdoor patio. With a little TLC this can shine bright. The laundry is outside in a storage area and looks new. The kitchen is galley style, open floor plan, with a large master suite and a huge walk in closet. There is a billiard room, Tennis court, and it is close to shopping, it also has a work out area and large clubhouse for events with a full kitchen. The community pool is kept at 88 degrees in the winter and you can swim year round. I arrived during a Western Party and will post some of the pictures.
