The best "cliche" I can borrow is that, this neighborhood is the best-kept secret in the South Bay and Monterey Bay Areas. It's far away enough from the crowded city, shopping malls and noisy streets, yet it is also strategically located for easy commute to near-by cities: 10 minutes to Gilroy, 15 min to Salinas, 20 min to Watsonville, 30 min to Monterey and San Jose. The serenity, tranquility, privacy and breath-taking views of the mountains and ranches and roaming white cows are hard to find in any other nearby development areas. Although this is a private community, yet the "public" (or collective) infrastructure is superb so that you don't have to worry about such things as your own well, septic tank and private driveway. All these are well done and well taken care of.
