They do have uncovered spaces at no cost, covered spaces at $25 or a garage for $85. Pets are allowed with a $30 monthly fee and security deposit. I have already paid for the pet security deposit. You would need to still fill out an application and go through the proper channels in taking over the lease. You would NOT have a security deposit or first and last months rent. Water and trash added to monthly rent. Non-smoking unit.
