IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a lease transfer (we bought a house, and it's bitter-sweet to move). Our current lease expires on May 31, 2020. We've lived here for 4 years, and our rent has gone from $1950-$2050 over that time. At the end of our lease, you will have the option to renew. The landlord's rental company requires you to have: +650 credit score, and 3x the annual rent for income. You would need: a $1950 security deposit, & first month's rent ($2050) payable to the rental company at time of move in. There is also a $35 application fee.
