    $124,900. 3901 13th Ave. This home is not on the National Historical list but at 125 years old it could be. Planted on a double, fully fenced corner lot, with added dog run fence. It's amazing how well the structural integrity of this 2-story home has held up. Mostly original parts remain, with little alterations. A new roof, HVAC with ductwork was added 2-years ago. There have been 3-additional rooms added in the basement, and not included in the room count or type. At one point a previous owner had converted it to a two family duplex. Underneath the aluminum siding is the original lapboard siding. Sold ''AS IS'' obviously with the far below market value pricing. Of course there are issues with the home. The main one is the utilities are off and it is up to the new owner(s) to have them turned back on. The home originally was built on piers and then later brick walls were added as a foundation. A vehicle struck the foundation wall which created enough concern for the city to cut the power off, however engineers have deemed the home safe with no structural concerns. It is best to view the home during daylight hours. There are 1-dead and 2-active electrical meter bases on the home. This was done by previous owners who converted the home to a duplex, giving 2-kitchens with some new plumbing and electrical upgrades. Upper level has 4-bedrooms, a bath and a bonus office type room. Plenty of floored, attic storage as well as basement storage. There are nor will be any additional photos available.
