4. Each person signing the application must provide a photocopy of a valid driver's license and a Social Security Card.
5. Applicant, or occupants, are not an illegal substance abuser, or has not been
convicted of the illegal manufacture or distribution of a controlled substance.
6. Maximum occupants, 2 bedroom home, 5.
7. Applicant, or occupants, has no more than one or two cats for a pet.
8. Rental application information is accurate, complete, and can be verified.
