We have a 14x72 highlander trailer that has 3 bedrooms and a bath and a half that in the last 8 years we have invested over 20000 into it with new pic roof, new furnace,new water heater,watersoftner,central air, and many more updates that are too numerous to mention. About 2 years ago we bought a new 12x16 high barn shed that I insulated and added electricity to ad have over 7000 invested in that. We have a oversized lot out here and fenced the yard in and landscaped it. Lot rent out here is only 165.00 per month and since it is just outside city limits you can fire fireworks and enjoy peace and quiet.
