Living room and kitchen area available up 5 steps. washer dryer available. I have 2 friendly resident cats. $12,00 a month. I live upstairs from kitchen about 5-6 step. I am only renting one room and other room is open. Looking for monthly rental on a month to month lease, own bedroom and bathroom, share everything else. Smoking is outside and have an enclosed backyard to do that. Quiet nice area to live around.
