This house is situated high above the dunes for unobstructed sunrise views and was remodeled with the true "beach house vibes". Distressed tongue and groove ceilings throughout. The living room is furnished with Pottery Barn sofas one being a pullout full bed . The master bedroom has a Tommy Bahama King bed set with en-suite bath. Master is upstairs along with a beautiful kitchen with everything you need hopefully to feel at home. Downstairs has a large bedroom with a queen and a twin with trundle and attached bathroom with a tub. Also downstairs is a small bedroom with twin that has a tv. All bedrooms and the living room have smart TV's so you can watch Netflix and all streaming TV platforms; Wi-Fi is accessible in all rooms. The house has a single car garage as well as a beach shack up on the deck for storage of beach chairs and beach toys. 4 beach chairs and an umbrella will be provided, as well as beach toys for the kids to build that perfect sandcastle. Everything in this house is brand new: appliances, furniture, dishes, linens, everything. The House is 5 miles from The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and about 10 miles from the World-Famous Daytona 500 Speedway. There are numerous amazing restaurants nearby as well as plenty of reasonably priced local dining options. The house sits right next to the Public Beach Access. I only mention this because although we have stairs down to the beach, the County has installed Large Sandbags along the Dune Line to Protect the Dunes from farther erosion. You can easily get over them, it's just with the little ones it's sometimes easer just to walk next-door and use the public access ramp (We have 13 grandkids and we generally just climb over, but when carrying chairs and all the beach stuff it's a little easier to utilize the public ramp). The beach below is non-driving so you can easily sit on the deck sipping your favorite beverage while the kids play on the beach. Come Sea our dream and enjoy all that Daytona has to Offer. The House is appropriately named "Seaclusion". We hope you enjoy our little slice of paradise This property has the best views of the beach everywhere you turn you see the ocean and the beach pets not allowed No smoking If you incur incidental fees or cause damage to the rental property, you may be charged up to $500.
