Hardwood floors throughout the home, wood stove in the living room to heat up chilly winter nights. Well established neighborhood close to grocery store, dining and golf course. No smoking in or around the property. One car is allowed for the renter and can park in the driveway. Would prefer anywhere from one up to six month lease, not looking for a long term renter. My expectations are a clean and courteous renter. Dishes should be cleaned within a 24 hour period. Bathroom should be kept clean and tidy for any possible guests to use.
