This is one of those AAAH spots! A couple of level spots to build. Seller advises there is a creek along the back. It is quiet and peaceful with very little traffic noise to disturb. There is a power pole on the property with transformer so no problem in hooking up. The driveway is already cut in with a gravel base. It is just the perfect place for a home. Must see!!
