Cats are allowed with $300 non refundable pet fee per pet max 2 pets plus monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. Application fee is $250 non refundable. Renter would need to purchase renters insurance for personal belongings. Landlord is not responsible for personal belongings. Prove of rental insurance would need to be provided at the lease signing. Duration of rental insurance same as lease. Tenants are not allowed to repaint or do any construction work to the property.
