There really is a lot to love about this place in addition to being in a super desirable school district on a big lot that backs to greenspace that is only minutes from Hamburg, Jacobson Park and the interstate......like all the tile flooring and new carpet, the fresh paint, the HUGE walk in Pantry, the BIG laundry room with a utility sink, and the HUGE master suite with a bonus area that makes the perfect office/exercise area/personal retreat. Come see it for yourself. (But you know, I'd buy this place even if it didn't have any of that because it is in the ACE/Hayes/Henry Clay district and backs to greenspace.)
