Tenant pays electrical and internet/cable. Family owned building with local and responsive manager. With only 4 units in this building, you can enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood. If you want more excitement, walk 2 blocks down to Fremont central, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and interesting sights.
