I have two private bedrooms available with a shared bath. Rent is $400 a month, with a $300 deposit. I am looking for two roommates, however if you want to rent both rooms, I am willing to rent them together for $750 with a $600 deposit. The home is completely furnished (including a brand NEW washer and dryer!), except for the bedroom, you will need your to provide your own bed! This home is in a very convenient location with easy freeway access. There is lots of outdoor parking and there is one spot available in the garage. The garage also has TONS of storage available. There is a clubhouse available for all tenants to use. There is a small gym open year-round and the pool and hot tub are open during the summer. We are required to cover the electricity, gas and internet/cable, which will be divided evenly among everyone. I am looking for responsible, clean and respectful roommates with good standards!
