One bedroom beach cottage, with a decent ocean view. Kitchen was installed with the last couple of years. Dishwasher, induction stove top, fridge, and laundry included. Electric is also covered unless you have an electric car. The bed and the couch can stay if you like, but if they do, they become yours. Bed size is Cal King. Couch is IKEA and also converts to another bed if you have a guest. I can cover electric and water. You will have to pay the sewage part of the electric bill and gas. Lease is good for one year, renewable. Smoking is absolutely forbidden. Pets are OK, but I have to meet them at some point as well as the owners. I live next door.
