We stayed 5 months. We loved walking to downtown and walking the area in general. So many nice touches in the house: ceiling fans, light switch labeling & dimmers, under counter lighting in the kitchen, gas stove, pantry (!), hot showers and full water pressure, farm size kitchen sink with pull down faucet, yard well maintained, outdoor grill. Seriously just the best place! Laura & Greg were so easy to deal with, wonderful people. The location is close to everything. Target, TjMaxx, Publix, Aldi, Chick-Fil-A are under 10 minutes away. Theres a Costco very close in Duluth. So much in that area, Trader Joes, restaurants - whatever you need. We are already planning another stay! Laura was quick to answer any questions or concerns even early in the morning when we could not get the heat to work,which was our user error. She always Responded quickly and went above and beyond to help. Her husband even came and blew off the driveway when we had unexpected snow and they extended our rental by a few days to help us out so we didn't have to move in the snow.
