The Carberry, originally built in 1921, offers updated, one-bedroom apartments walking distance to Omaha's newest neighborhood the Blackstone. There are bike racks located in each building and a fitness center in the middle building. The Carberry has everything you need to be your next perfect home and it features controlled access entry, shared laundry room, 24 hour emergency maintenance, and smoke-free environment. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and eat-in breakfast bar, a den/work space, refinished hardwood floors, individually controlled heat/air, and a fully tiled, updated bathroom. We're one of Omaha's pet friendliest property management companies! We allow multiple pets and have no size restrictions. Dogs must be friendly and well-behaved. (No pit bulls or pit bull mixes.) We charge a non-refundable pet fee ($100 per cat, $200 per dog) and a monthly pet rent ($15 per cat, $25 per dog). Resident is responsible for OPPD, a portion of water, and recycling fee.
